Pecan Cream

Our riff on the iconic "egg cream" -- that milky, chocolate soda that originated in New York City. Here we go, Southern style, the PECAN CREAM. Sure to make the most humid of Georgia (or NY) days a little bit cooler.

Simply take a glass filled with ice, pour 3/4 c. chocolate pecanmilk and 1/8 c. sparking water, or whatever ratio you'd like.  And voila!  An experience like no other.
