Once opened, if kept refrigerated, it should be fresh for 7-10 days.

If unopened, the milk can be stored in ambient temperature up until the date stamped on the can.  Once opened, the milk must be refrigerated.

Our pecans are currently sourced from Texas. We are working towards having a Georgia-grown pecan supply.

No, and here’s why: it can be very difficult to grow pecans organically in parts of the U.S., due to the humidity. We hope that, with increased demand, there will be more opportunities to source organic pecans in the future. However, our pecans are non-GMO.

We loved our jars. But it was literally impossible to create a product with a longer shelf-life in glass jars. The can was the perfect solution to having the least environmental impact we could, while still being able to share our pecanmilk with more folks like you. 

We only add what's absolutely necessary to make our milks. Whereas most other plant-based milk brands will contain north of 6 additives, ours just contain two -- acacia fiber and gellan gum. Plus, a little calcium, because we all need it.
The food industrial complex drives us just as crazy as it does you. We're here working to find a better way by striving to better honor our communities and the land every day. 

We don't use any fake-y or trendy sweeteners. We use what we've been using since the beginning -- honey in our Original blend and agave in our Chocolate blend. 

We use single-original, ethically sourced cocoa in partnership with small farmers and co-ops.

First things first, United Nations experts have said that switching to a plant-based diet can help fight climate change. But you've gotten this far, so you probably already knew that. 

Nut cultivation can even help to reverse carbon emissions when replacing croplands, storing carbon in their trees.

The only nut native to N. America, pecans are truly homegrown.  Supported by the climate and landscape of the South, where they grow naturally and in abundance, pecans require less water to grow than almonds do. It’s hard to find a more local nutmilk.  

Aluminum cans are arguably the most sustainable beverage packaging out there. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, and easy to do so. Just be sure to cut off the label before you throw it in the bin!

Going out on a limb here, but we think it's the future.

We purchase carbon offsets and donate 1% of profits to environmental solutions, like planting trees, especially in places impacted by climate change. We're just getting started, so more information to come!
