Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

We met Holy over Instagram, as many a friendship forms these days. She's been using our milk for a while and is always coming up with beautifully presented, nutritious and delicious dishes.  She recently whipped this up and it was too good not to share with you. Great for some early morning, or afternoon comfort.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Treehouse Chocolate Pecan Milk
  • ¼ Cup of White Chia Seeds (You can also use black chia seeds)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Agave
  • 1 Teaspoon of Saigon Cinnamon

Directions:

  • In a spout bowl, combine chocolate pecan milk, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Whisk until mixed well.
  • In a small container, add chia seeds and milk mixture.
  • Mix well and cover overnight.
  • Mix and serve in a bow or your favorite jar. Top with homemade peanut butter granola or any toppings you like.
