Pecanmilk Espresso Martini
Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka or bourbon of your choice
- 1 oz Treehouse Pecanmilk
- 0.5 oz Pecan Simple Syrup
- 1 oz espresso
Instructions:
- For the simple syrup: Take the ingredients below and cook over stove stop and let simmer until it's a yummy syrup-like consistency
- Strain out pecans
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake-shake-shake!
- Pour into a glass, and cheers!
On a recent trip to S. Georgia, we ended up with a local mixologist (hey, Maria!) who whipped up a pecan espresso martini. We had to share the recipe with you because it's just that good. Definitely a dessert (and a pre-6pm dessert if you like your sleep!).
Pecan Simple
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup chopped pecans
