Pecanmilk Espresso Martini

Espresso martini with pecan milk


On a recent trip to S. Georgia, we ended up with a local mixologist (hey, Maria!) who whipped up a pecan espresso martini.  We had to share the recipe with you because it's just that good.  Definitely a dessert (and a pre-6pm dessert if you like your sleep!). 

2 oz vodka or bourbon of your choice 
1 oz Treehouse Pecanmilk
.5 oz Pecan Simple Syrup 
1 oz espresso

Pecan Simple 
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup chopped pecans 

(Cook over stove stop and let simmer until a yummy syrup like consistency. Strain out pecans).
