Banana Chocolate Overnight Oats

 

Banana Chocolate Overnight Oats – a quick & easy breakfast go-to!

Our friends at Garnish & Gather sent us this recipe using our chocolate pecanmilk and we couldn't resist sharing.  Enjoy!

Makes 1 hearty serving or 2 small servings

3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 (7.5 oz) can Treehouse chocolate pecanmilk
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
Half of a banana, mashed
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp honey  
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
A pinch of sea salt

Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a mason jar until incorporated. Keep in the fridge for at least 4 hours to soak, though overnight is best. When ready to serve, top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts… get creative!
