Back to the (smooth) grind


Whew. First blog/recipe post in a minute!  A few of you have sent us videos of your kids trying our canned milk for the first time and it’s really super delightful to see. Out of respect for privacy, we won’t post them, but we will, however post any recipes you send our way. Like this one from my buddy TJ. Here’s how it goes. I’ll be making it tomorrow for myself — this recipe could go any number of ways, so I’ll be swapping out the hemp hearts for the flax in my fridge, probably. 

1/2 can of Treehouse Original Pecanmilk
1 med banana
16 almonds
2 tsp hemp hearts
1 tsp peanut butter
1/4 c frozen fruit medley (or just add another banana)

Lots of plant based protein and super filling. Total calories around 450.
