Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Treehouse Cashew Milk

Traditional mashed potatoes made with cashew milk.  Sure to fill all the bellies around the holiday tables.  

1 cup Treehouse Cashew Milk
2.5 pounds baking potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
plenty of salt to taste
4 tbsp butter (or butter replacement for our vegan friends)

Place potatoes in a large pot of water to boil for 20-30 minutes. While the potatoes cook, heat garlic in a pan or in the oven. Combine Treehouse cashew milk, olive oil, garlic and butter in a bowl, and then add potatoes when they're soft and ready. Use an electric mixer for creamiest results, and salt to taste. Enjoy!
